After I finished a Track & Field assignment for the yearbook company I work for, I decided to watch the boys varsity baseball team play against Fort Lee HS.
Baseball is a fun sport to photograph, there is a lot of action very close, home plate and the pitchers mound. Being prepared is half the battle, locking focus and exposure then waiting for the action...
For shooting sports, I mostly use a Canon 70 - 200mm f/2.8 lens, often with a 2.0x tele-converter. I edit my images using Adobe Lightroom 2.0.
